    friendly staff
    dusty furniture
    unpleasant odor

Friendly staff ensured a warm welcome.

During my stay, I faced several issues that disappointed me. The room cleanliness was lacking, as I found dust on the furniture and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. Additionally, the air conditioning was unusable, and I couldn’t open the windows during the heat, making my stay uncomfortable. I also noticed that the furniture looked old and in need of updating.

    Spacious and Comfortable Stay

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room, and it was incredibly spacious with a cozy western-style bath. The bed was plush, and the room's decor felt well-kept. The location couldn't be better, just a short six-minute stroll from the train station. However, the air conditioning didn't work properly during my stay.

Had a lovely stay in Kumagaya! Our spacious suite allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. Staff were very polite and breakfast was delightful. One downside was the dim lighting, which made the room feel a bit gloomy. Overall, a great experience!
